On April 10 and 11, our team members—Alina Al-Garby (University of Zagreb, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture), Hugo Julliard (FAB’LIM), Elisa Sedat (CapEnergies), Andrea Milacic (University of Donja Gorica), and Amil Orahovac (University of Donja Gorica)—attended the event as proud ambassadors of the GARDEN project.
Held at the stunning Environment Park in Turin, we joined forces with leaders and visionaries across the EUROMED region to sow the seeds for sustainable living. We’re not just dreaming of greener futures; we’re cultivating them today! 🌐🤝
Our Journey at the Event
Day 1: Community Growth and Collaboration
The first day, April 10, was dedicated to growing our community. We engaged in dynamic workshops that set the stage for future collaboration. These sessions were filled with insightful discussions, innovative ideas, and a shared passion for sustainability.
Day 2: Engaging Policymakers and Citizens
The second day, April 11, focused on public policymakers. We exchanged valuable insights on making our territories more resilient and engaging citizens in the eco-transition. This was a crucial step in ensuring that our sustainability goals are supported by robust policies and active community involvement.
A big shoutout to the teams behind C4LA and D4LA for orchestrating this gathering of minds and missions. Together, we’re rooting for change and branching out into new horizons of sustainability.
