Last week, our colleague Petar Lonic from the University of Zagreb had the privilege of presenting the GARDEN at the “Launch of Precision Farming Knowledge Ecosystem” event. This event was organized by the AGRI-DIGITAL GROWTH Interreg Central Europe project and held during the renowned EIMA International 2024 in Bologna, Italy.
The presentation highlighted the importance of adopting a holistic approach to address challenges in the agri-food sector. Key themes included fostering digitalization, driving decarbonization, and enhancing collaboration across industries to build a resilient and sustainable future for agriculture.
In addition, discussions during the event explored synergies between projects, paving the way for innovative solutions in agriculture and strengthening the vision for a more sustainable and connected agri-food sector.
